A Sun Bleached Exterior Brought Back to Life
A homeowner contacted us about an exterior that had faded badly on the south and west elevations, with hairline cracking in the stucco and paint lifting around the trim.
We pressure washed the whole envelope, cut out and repaired the cracked stucco, primed the bare and repaired areas, and then applied a high build exterior coating rated for direct Florida sun.
The house reads as newly built from the street, the trim lines are crisp again, and the repaired areas are invisible. Just as importantly, the surface is now sealed against the rain that caused the original damage.

How long does painting a house take?
A single interior room is usually one to two days. A full interior typically runs four to seven days, and a full exterior three to six days depending on size, surface condition and weather.
Do you do the preparation work, or just paint?
Preparation is included and is the majority of the labour. Washing, filling, patching, scraping, sanding and priming are all part of the quote rather than optional extras.
How many coats do you apply?
Two finish coats over an appropriate primer is standard. Strong colour changes or bare repaired surfaces sometimes need an additional coat, and we say so in the quote rather than after the fact.
Can you help me choose colours?
Yes. We test samples on your own walls and look at them in different light through the day, because paint rarely looks the same in a store as it does in your living room.
What paint do you use?
We specify quality coatings suited to each surface and to Florida conditions, and we tell you exactly which products are going on your home before we start.
Can I stay in the house during interior painting?
